- 단순변심: 제품은 반드시 원상태 그대로 리턴해야하며, 리턴 배송의 경우 고객 부담입니다. (리턴 레이블이 제공되지 않습니다.) 리턴된 제품이 원상태가 아니거나 악세사리가 누락 경우 25% Restocking Fee를 청구합니다. 이미 제품의 사용으로 인해 가치가 훼손된 경우 환불이 불가합니다.
- 제품하자: 제품에 문제가 있을 경우 리턴 레이블을 제공해드리며, QC결과 제품 불량으로 인정될 경우 100% 환불해드립니다. 다만 제품하자로 요청 후 QC결과 제품이 정상작동할 경우 25% Restocking Fee를 제외한 금액이 환불됩니다.
